Once you sign up for the Evolve program today, we will book you in for our initial consultation to discuss your goals, and the daily habits you'll need to follow in order to attain your desired results.

The program is designed to provide you with all the support you need to build life-changing habits! This includes:

  • 2 X 45min Personal Training sessions per week for the duration of the program with our expert trainers in our private studio. Bottled water and towels are included as part of the service.

  • Access to personalised online training program to complete at home or at your own gym.

  • 1-hour initial consultation with our certified sports nutritionist. You will discuss your food habits and we will create a customized nutrition plan to help you reach your goals.

  • Personalised nutrition guide to follow throughout the 12 weeks and receive a bonus supplement pack of protein powder and creatine to enhance your training results.

  • A designated accountability coach is assigned to you to help you stay on track throughout the program, with weekly tracking and mandatory checking to ensure you're following the process and making changes where needed.

How can U Wellness Club Guarantee 5%+ body fat loss?

U Wellness Club will assess your current body composition, lifestyle factors, and roadblocks that may stop you from getting to your goal From there we create a detailed plan for you to follow and execute over the 12 weeks process. You need to make a commitment to the goals and you will also have nutrition, training, and accountability support which makes the biggest difference. If you follow all the advice and execute the steps we prescribed over the 12-week period & don’t achieve at least 5% body fat reduction, we will provide you with a refund.

What type of training will I be doing for the 12 weeks?

Personal training is completely tailored to you and your training experience. We mix in movements that you will enjoy and see the progression as we improve. We will also tailor your training and exercise selection to ensure we are meeting your overall goal.

Our team specializes in getting clients to complete compound movements (multiple muscle groups) safely with great form and then improve strength across their entire body.

We also want to have a balance between strength and length, so we incorporate flexibility principles in our programs to get the benefits of both modalities.

What diet plan will you recommend for me?

The best diet plan is the one you will adhere to long term. So we will build your nutrition plan around your current eating habits and make changes where required to ensure the 12-week plan is something that will continue past the coaching period.

Depending on your nutritional literacy, our plans can be flexible or directive depending on what you need to be successful.

Our 3 key principles for nutrition will have the following elements for all our clients:

  1. Seasonality: select fruits and vegetables that are in season when they are most ripe and nutritious for us to eat.

  2. Locality: The closer to the source, the better!

  3. Quality: Quality in, Quality out. Think organic, wholefood, unprocessed, etc.
